REFUND POLICY
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bath, body, and beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of products and services offered, there are NO exchanges.
Refunds
Due to the nature and services offered, returns and refunds are not accepted. Refunds will not be provided for any subscription or digital purchase, as you are purchasing a personal license for the product. We do not provide credit, refunds, or prorated billing for subscriptions that are cancelled mid-month. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your Subscription until the end of the monthly billing cycle. Each Subscription Provider reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts, or other consideration in select circumstances at its sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
