So many teachers are feeling the pressure to keep up with all the new technology in their classrooms. As beneficial as technology can be, it can also be overwhelming when you already have a full plate or are feeling burnt out. That is why it is key to find a balance between embracing these new technologies without giving in to the pressure to use every new tool that comes out.
In this episode, I am joined by Dr. Rachelle Dene Poth to chat about her journey as an educator and the various different roles she holds as well as her experience with teacher burnout and her favorite strategies for combating burnout.
